Since its establishment by Walter Schomaker Senior in 1945, our family-owned company has grown from a craftsman’s shop to an industrial book-binding organization that operates throughout Europe and has more than 400 employees.
Today the Schomaker Group produces at 4 locations: Perfect bindings, index-cutting and saddle-stitching at new business premises in Menden; thread-stitching and wire-O bindings at Eickhoff in Dülmen; and index-cutting of large-scale and mass editions at SchoPa in Stargard and Lublin (PL).
